How do I place an order?

Please fill out the order request form under the tab "Cookie Orders". You will get a response within 2 business days if there is availability for your order.

When should I place an order?

I recommend placing orders as soon as you have an event. I am currently filling up about 4-6 weeks in advance. There is a rush fee attached if an order is placed within 2 weeks of the pick-up date and I happen to have an opening. Always reach out because things happen and openings occur.

When do I pay?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to book your spot on the calendar once we settle the details of the order and I send an invoice to confirm everything is correct. The other 50% is due 48 hours before pickup. Payment options are listed on the invoice.

How much are cookies?

Standard sized cookies start at $50 a dozen with a 2 dozen minimum for an order. They are between 3-4 inches big. Mini sized cookies start at $30 a dozen with a 3 dozen minimum per order. They are about 2 inches in size. They go up in price based on designs, level of details, metallics (gold, silver, rose gold), characters/logos, size, and packaging.

Can I mix cookie sizes?

Absolutely, some of my favorite sets are ones with both standard and mini sized cookies.

How many designs can I pick?

Each order is custom tailored to the client. Depending on the amount ordered will depend on the designs. I generally recommend 4-8 designs for 2-4 dozen cookies. That gives enough balance to have some detailed cookies and some cookies that aren't so busy to make the set flow.

Will my cookies look like my inspiration photo?

As a self-delcared cookier, I would not want to copy someone else's work. Designing cookies takes a lot of time, preparation, skill, and creativity. I do use inspiration from other cookiers but will not make a set that matches an inspiration photo completely. I also tend to get photos that are not my aesthetic or style so I make sure to be clear about using those to guide my designs rather than copy them.

How many flavors do you offer?

I offer one flavor of cookie for custom orders. It is a vanilla cookie with a vanilla icing. I may offer different flavors for pre-sale cookies, which will be noted in the sale.

Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary preferences?

As much as the dietitian in me would love to accommodate these, unfortunately I am a home baker and cross-contamination is always a possibility. I have perfected my process and recipe and can't make any dietary adjustments at this time.

What ingredients are in your cookies?

My cookies are homemade with the following ingredients:

• Cookie Ingredients: Enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin and folic acid), butter (pasteurized cream), sugar, egg, kosher salt, pure vanilla extract, baking soda

       Contains: wheat, eggs, milk

• Icing Ingredients: Powdered sugar (sugar, cornstarch), meringue powder (corn starch, egg whites, sugar, gum arabic, calcium sulphate, citric acid, potassium, acid tartrate, artificial flavor, silicon dioxide), water, pure vanilla extract, corn syrup

       Contains: eggs

• Food Color Gel Ingredients: Water, sugar, and one or more of the following U.S. certified colors: Blue 1 (E133), Blue 2 (E132), Yellow 5 (E102), Yellow 6 (E110), Red 3 (E127), Red 40 (E129), titanium dioxide (E171), mica pigment, vegetable gum, modified corn starch, citric acid and less than 1/10 of 1% sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate as preservatives.

Where are your cookies made?

Cookies are made in my home kitchen and I follow the Michigan Cottage Food Laws.

How are your cookies packaged?

Each cookie is put in a heat sealed bag as the default packaging option. I also offer resealable bags, bag and bow, as well as individually boxed. Please note that in your order request if you are interested in a different packaging style.

Can I get a couple cookies in a gift box?

Yes, I offer a 2-cookie gift boxed set (8 box minimum) or a 3-cookie gift boxed set (6 box minimum). Please note that in your order request form under cookie amount.

How long do they last?

Cookies generally last up to 2 weeks on the counter when kept in their heat sealed bag. They can last for a couple months if frozen. Please ask about how to freeze cookies if you are interested in that. 

​

Do you deliver?

Currently, I do not deliver. All orders are picked-up in Beverly Hills, MI.
